For exhibitors

Leave the show with leads, not a fishbowl.

A booth-scoped login, no scanner to rent, and every lead your own to keep — searchable the Monday after the show, not a stack of business cards in a jacket pocket.

How booth capture works

A login scoped to your stand

Your booth login knows its own event and exhibitor from the assignment your organiser made — there is no field to set that could point it at someone else’s list.

Scan, and it is on your list

Scan a visitor’s badge and they land on your lead list immediately — booth-scoped, so it is never mixed into another exhibitor’s leads at the same show.

Come back to the same conversation

Scan them twice, no error

Someone comes back to your stand to carry on a conversation. Scanning them again returns the lead you already have instead of failing — nothing about a repeat visit reads as a mistake.

Notes on the lead, not the card

Add a note against each lead while the conversation is still fresh. It stays with that record, searchable afterward, instead of scrawled on the back of a card that gets lost in the bag.

Follow-up, without re-typing anything

Tickets already arrive on WhatsApp

The platform sends the signed ticket on WhatsApp and email automatically the moment a visitor’s registration is approved — before they ever reach your stand.

Messaging your own leads directly

Roadmap

A merchant console for exhibitors to message their own leads on WhatsApp — not an automated campaign, just you reaching people who spoke to you — is rolling out.

Castkom scans Castkom-issued codes.

Your booth scanner reads the signed QR ticket Castkom issued for that event. It does not read badges from another registration system, and it is not the "universal" lead capture some vendors sell — scan any badge from any show, any system. If the event you are exhibiting at does not run on Castkom, there is nothing here for your scanner to read. We would rather tell you that than let you find out at the booth.

Exhibiting at a Castkom-run event?

Ask your organiser for booth access. It is already part of their plan, with no per-device fee and no cap on how many logins your team uses.
