The platform

Registration to entry, module by module.

Five modules on one attendee record — configure once, and nothing gets re-typed between registration and the door.

Registration

Build the form once, take it to every event.

  • A registration form builder, organisation-level, reused across every event you run — no rebuilding it for the next show.
  • Email and phone OTP verification before a registration submits, so the list you scan against is real people, not just form submissions.
  • A public event landing page for every event, from a preset or your own HTML in a sandboxed iframe.

QR ticketing and delivery

A ticket that is signed, not just printed.

  • Signed QR tickets — HMAC-SHA256, with a key derived per event, so a leaked key forges nothing for another event.
  • Revocation by version bump: bump an event’s version and every code issued before it stops validating, in one action.
  • Delivered on WhatsApp and email automatically, the moment a registration is approved — the same code either way.

Entry scanning

Check-in that keeps working when the venue Wi-Fi does not.

  • An installable, offline-capable scanner — scans queue in the browser’s own storage when the connection drops.
  • Queued scans sync exactly once the connection returns, matched by an idempotency key, so nothing double-counts.
  • Every scan attempt is logged with its outcome and its reason — accepted, rejected or forged — not just the successful ones.

Check-in desk and badge printing

For the ticket a scan alone will not resolve.

  • A staffed desk screen for manual lookup by name, email or mobile, for the handful of attendees a scan does not settle.
  • A badge designer to place name, company, QR code and footer band once, and a print queue with a dedicated print-staff role.
  • Pre-printed badge batches — import a CSV of visitors and print before the doors open; each one binds to whoever scans it first.

Exhibitors and booth leads

Lead capture that belongs to the exhibitor, not a rented scanner.

  • An exhibitor directory the organiser manages per event — company, booth number, contacts and products in one record.
  • Booth-scoped logins scan visitors straight into that exhibitor’s own lead list — never mixed with another exhibitor’s at the same show.
  • Scanning the same visitor twice returns the lead you already have, and a note against it stays with the record afterward.

Also on the platform

Operator console

Role-based screens with per-route permission guards, every staff account scoped to one event by its assignment, and an audit trail on privileged actions.

WhatsApp, already

Roadmap

Ticket delivery and confirmations already go out on WhatsApp automatically. A merchant console for exhibitors to message their own leads directly is rolling out.
