Pricing

Event software with a price on the website. In rupees.

Three packs, priced in whole rupees, ex GST, per event — plus an estimator below that prices your own numbers instead of asking you to call for a quote to find out.

Packs

Every figure below is ex GST — add 18% at checkout. Purchase orders and NEFT are both accepted; this is priced the way Indian event companies actually buy.

Extra approved visitors beyond a pack: ₹8 each, ex GST. Exhibitor lead capture is included in every pack — no per-device charge, no cap on booth logins, and no cut of what you decide to charge your own exhibitors for it.

Estimate your own event

Move the slider to your expected visitor count, or type it directly — the figure below updates as you go, and it is the same arithmetic that decides which pack you land in.

100 to 25,000, in steps of 100.

Modules

Adds WhatsApp delivery to the Starter pack. Growth, Expo and Enterprise already include it — selecting it there changes nothing.

Running more than a handful of events a year on one account is priced as a portfolio, not per event — talk to us for a quote. Selecting this does not change the figure below.

What you are actually paying for

Castkom prices two things: which modules an event has switched on — registration and entry, the badge designer, the exhibitor directory, WhatsApp delivery — and how many approved visitors it is allotted. A visitor credit is spent when a registration is approved, not when it is submitted, so a pending queue never has to turn someone away before anyone has decided whether to admit them.

There is no payment code anywhere in this platform, and Castkom takes no share of your ticket revenue — the licence fee above is the whole bill. Run your own gateway, or none at all, and keep 100% of whatever you charge attendees. Against KonfHub's 3.75% + GST, Townscript's 2.99% + gateway fees or Explara's 4%, that is a number you can work out for your own event size before you ever talk to us.

Questions organisers ask about the price

What happens if an event outgrows its pack?

Nothing stops — extra approved visitors bill at ₹8 each, ex GST, rather than turning people away. The credit check runs at the moment a registration is approved, not when the pack was bought, so you never have to guess the final headcount before registration opens.

Do unused visitor credits carry over?

Credits sit on your organisation, not on a single event — the schema calls it an allotment "to be distributed across its events." Buy a pack sized for your season and it is drawn down as each event approves registrations, not reset to zero every time one closes.

How do enterprise quotes work?

Self-hosting, an SLA and multi-event annual licensing depend on your calendar and infrastructure in a way a fixed per-event tier cannot price honestly. Tell us the shape of your season on a call and we quote against that, not a generic tier.
