For organisers

The console you run the day from.

One login, scoped to your event, that covers setup, the door and the report afterwards — not a stack of spreadsheets and a walkie-talkie holding it together.

Before the doors open

Event setup and branding

Configure the venue, dates and your own branding once; every page and ticket for this event inherits it.

Registration form builder

Build the form once per organisation and reuse it across every event — no rebuilding it for the next show.

Verified registrations

Email and phone OTP before a registration submits, so the list you scan against on the day is real people.

Signed QR tickets, delivered

A signed ticket goes out on WhatsApp and email the moment a registration is approved — nothing re-typed, nothing to chase.

On the day

Entry scanning that survives Wi-Fi

The scanner queues scans in the browser when the venue connection drops and syncs them once it returns, matched by an idempotency key.

A desk for the ticket that will not scan

A staffed check-in screen for manual lookups by name, email or mobile, for the handful of attendees a scan alone will not resolve.

Badge printing that keeps up

Design the badge layout once; the desk sends jobs to a print queue with its own staff role, and it turns around in seconds.

Exhibitors capture their own leads

Booth-scoped logins let every exhibitor scan visitors into their own list, without asking you for anything on the day.

What you keep control of

Roles scoped to the desk

Every staff account is scoped to one event by its assignment, and every route is gated by its own permission — a check-in volunteer cannot open a screen a manager did not give them.

An audit log, not a guess

Privileged actions are logged with who did what and when, on a screen gated by its own permission — so "who approved that" has an answer.

Visitor credits that cannot be double-spent

Your allotment is a running total, updated inside the same transaction that approves the next registration — the update is conditional on the count still being under the limit, so two approvals racing for the last credit cannot both win.

Being honest about the rest

What we are still building

Every one of these is being built on the record that already exists today — they are not vapourware, and they are not shipped either. Both things stay true until they aren't.

Lead capture is included. What you charge for it is yours.

Booth logins are issued per exhibitor, per event, with no cap and no per-device fee — against a market where show-appointed vendors charge $200–$500 per scanner, or $300–$2,500 per exhibitor per show, just for the hardware. We do not take a cut of what you decide to charge your own exhibitors for it. That renewal argument is yours to make.
